As with the Fiberglass structure and ComfortGlass walls, the other two components of our padel courts, it is essential to begin by saying that ZeroS itself provides numerous installation advantages that, for obvious reasons, find perfect application in mobile padel courts. Indeed, in this type of solution, speed of installation, optimization of operations is of crucial importance.
Suffice it to say that to clog an entire padel court with sand requires 2000 to 3000 kilograms of sand but ZeroS, does not require even a single grain and ensures a great saving of time and energy during installation and uninstallation but also space on the truck during transport.
SoS: The special installation system of ZeroS on mobile padel courts
If what has been said so far was not enough, we have gone further and designed a system specifically for ZeroS on mobile courts that guarantees the most efficient installation ever for this type of solution.
It is called SoS, but don't be fooled by the name that alludes to a call for help because in this case it will be the exact opposite!
SoS stands for Stick-on System and provides that for mobile courts ZeroS arrives in 2x1 plates instead of rolls and that these are assembled together like a big puzzle, attaching them to the carpet with a special Stick-on glue. With this glue, installation will be done in seconds, and dismantling the mat will be instantaneous and leave no glue residue.
In addition, the white lines of the padel court are already drawn on top of the pads, which will allow additional and not insignificant time savings during installation.
